CONSUMER UNIT CHANGES
The 18th edition wiring regulations came into effect 1st January 2019 and highlighted significant changes for consumer unit installations and replacements. Some are essential safety upgrades, whilst others are currently advisory. Nicholson Electrical can guide you through the process and understand what is right for your home.
CONDITION REPORTS (LANDLORD CERTIFICATION)
Did you know, legally all rental properties must have an EICR certificate from July 2020 for all existing tenancies, then every 3 years or new tenancy.
We offer EICR Certificate testing and are able to provide the certificate on the same day of test providing it passes. Should your property require further electrical work to meet the requirements of the EICR certificate, we are also able to offer a quotation for any remedial work.
